NOTICE OF HEARING

On March 1, 2002, pursuant to North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rule 7.1, Randall L. Hoffman and Dennis Dockter filed a Petition and Brief to Change the Designation of Either Judgeship No. 2 or No. 6 from Valley City in Barnes County to Jamestown in Stutsman County. Notice of the filing of the Petition was served on the Honorable John T. Paulson, Presiding Judge of the Southeast Judicial District, the Mayors of Jamestown and Valley City, the Chairpersons of Barnes County Commission and Stutsman County Commission, and the media.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that a hearing be held on the Petition, Thursday, April 18, 2002, at 2:45 p.m., in the Ralph J. Erickstad Courtroom of the Supreme Court, at the State Capitol in Bismarck, North Dakota. Time for personal appearances will be limited.
Any person wishing to appear must notify Penny Miller, Clerk of the Supreme Court, at least three days prior to the scheduled hearing.
