On February 5, 2003, the Joint Procedure Committee filed a Petition for Amendment of North Dakota Rule of Court 8.5 , Domestic Relations Summary Proceeding, which removes the Term from the current rule. The Court considered the matter, and

ORDERED, the amendments to N.D.R.Ct. 8.5 are ADOPTED effective immediately.
