On March 6, 2003, the Supreme Court approved, subject to comment, an Appendix to N.D. Sup. Ct. Admin. R. 43, Guidelines for approving training programs and continuing education coursework for ADR neutrals. A copy of the Guidelines is attached.

ORDERED, any person wishing to comment on the Guidelines may do so by e-mail or in writing before Wednesday, April 9, 2003. E-mail comments to supclerkofcourt@ndcourts.gov. The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened March 6, 2003, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable William A. Neumann, and the Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom, the Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring, and the Honorable Carol Ronning Kapsner, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
