Proposed Administrative Reorganization of the Judicial System
On April 2, 2003, the Judicial Planning Committee filed its Planning Recommendations. A copy of the Planning Recommendations is attached. On April 2, 2003, a Judicial Reorganization Implementation Plan was received by the Court. A copy of the Implementation Plan is attached.
ORDERED, any person wishing to comment on the proposed Plan may do so in writing before Monday, June 2, 2003. Written comments may be e-mailed to Penny Miller, Clerk of the Supreme Court, at supclerkofcourt@ndcourts.gov, or addressed to 600 E. Boulevard Ave., Dept. 180, Bismarck, ND 58505-0530.
The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened April 2, 2003, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable William A. Neumann, and the Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom, the Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring, and the Honorable Carol Ronning Kapsner, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
