Notice of Comment was provided under Section 7, N.D.R.Proc.R., with comments being due by January 2, 2004. The Court considered the matter,
ORDERED, proposed amendments to the Commentary to Rule 4G, Code of Judicial Conduct, as further amended by the Court, are ADOPTED effective March 1, 2004.
