On August 23, 2004, proposed amendments to Rule 10, North Dakota Rules of Appellate Procedure, relating to the Record on Appeal, were filed. A copy of the proposed rule is attached.

The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened August 25, 2004, with the Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, the Honorable Dale V. Sandstrom, the Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring, and the Honorable Carol Ronning Kapsner, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order. The Honorable William A. Neumann, being unavoidably absent, did not participate in this decision.
