Proposed Amendments to N.D. Sup. Ct. Admin. R. 41 - Access to
Judicial Records
At the Court's direction, the Court Technology Committee established a committee to
study the
issues surrounding access to electronic records and the report "Public Access to Court Records:
Guidelines for Policy Development by State Courts." Subsequently, the Court Technology
Committee submitted proposed amendments to N.D. Sup. Ct. Admin. R. 41 - Access to Judicial
Records for the Court's consideration. A copy of the proposed amendments is attached.
ORDERED, any person wishing to comment on the proposed amendments may do so in writing before Tuesday, January 18, 2005. Written comments may be e-mailed to Penny Miller, Clerk of the Supreme Court, at supclerkofcourt@ndcourts.gov, or addressed to 600 E. Boulevard Ave., Dept. 180, Bismarck, ND 58505-0530.
