The Court considered amendments to N.D.R.App.P. 30 - Appendix to the Briefs,
relating to the
inclusion of excerpts from transcripts in the Appendix and decreasing the time for filing a
deferred
appendix. A copy of the amendments is attached.
ORDERED, the proposed amendments to N.D.R.App.P. 30 - Appendix to the Briefs are ADOPTED, effective March 1, 2005.
