Proposed Amendments to the North Dakota Rules of Professional Conduct
The Joint Committee on Attorney Standards filed proposed amendments to the North Dakota Rules of Professional Conduct. A copy of the summary is attached. A complete copy of the proposed amendments may be obtained from the Clerk of the Supreme Court.
ORDERED, that a hearing be held on the proposed amendments, Thursday, February 2, 2006, at 2 p.m., in the Ralph J. Erickstad Courtroom of the Supreme Court, at the State Capitol in Bismarck, North Dakota. Time for personal appearances will be limited. Any person wishing to appear must notify Penny Miller, Clerk of the Supreme Court, at least three days prior to the scheduled hearing. Because time for personal appearances will be limited, people wishing to comment on the proposed amendments are strongly encouraged to do so in writing at least three days prior to the hearing.
