Proposed Amendments to the N.D.R.Ct. 8.8 – Alternative Dispute Resolution
On March 6, 2006, the Joint Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee filed proposed amendments to N.D.R.Ct. 8.8 – Alternative Dispute Resolution. On May 12, 2006, the Supreme Court issued a Notice of Comment, stating that any person wishing to comment on the proposed amendments may do so in writing before Friday, May 12, 2006. Written comments were received
and referred to the Court. The Court considered the matter, and
ORDERED, that a hearing be held on the proposed amendments on Tuesday, July 11, 2006, at 10 a.m., in the Ralph J. Erickstad Courtroom of the Supreme Court, at the State Capitol in
Bismarck, North Dakota. Time for personal appearances will be limited. Any person wishing to appear must notify Penny Miller, Clerk of the Supreme Court, at least three days prior to the
scheduled hearing. Any person wishing to comment on the proposed amendments may do so in writing prior to the hearing. Written comments may be e-mailed to Penny Miller, Clerk of the
