Proposed Amendments to the North Dakota Rules of Court
On July 28, 2006, the Court Services Administration Committee filed proposed Amendments to Rule 8.6, North Dakota Rules of Court – Custody Investigators and Appendix (Code of Conduct for Custody Investigators). A copy of the proposed amendments and appendix is attached. The Court considered the matter, and
ORDERED, any person wishing to comment on the proposed amendments and appendix

Crothers, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
