The Supreme Court considered a proposed administrative rule making the Judicial Ethics
Advisory Committee a committee of the Supreme Court after the North Dakota Judicial Conference voted to disband it as a committee of the Judicial Conference. A copy of the proposed rule is attached.
ORDERED, Administrative Rule 54, Judicial Ethics Advisory Committee, is adopted effective May 1, 2007, subject to a 30-day comment period. Any person wishing to comment on the proposed amendments may do so in writing before Wednesday, April 4, 2007.
