Amendments to the Rule on the Limited Practice of Law by Law Students
On July 19, 2007, the Joint Committee on Attorney Standards filed proposed amendments to Section III(B) of the Rule on the Limited Practice of Law by Law Students, relating to students in the Clinical Education Program at the University of North Dakota School of Law. A copy of the proposed amendments is attached. The Court considered the matter, and
ORDERED, the proposed amendments to Section III(B) of the Rule on the Limited Practice of Law by Law Students, as further amended by the Court, are ADOPTED effective September 1,
2007, subject to a 30-day comment period.
