Proposed Amendments to North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rule 20 - Magistrates - Qualifications, Authority, Education and Procedures
On July 21, 2008, the Court Services Administration Committee filed a Petition with proposed amendments to North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rule 20 – Magistrates, requiring admission as an attorney in North Dakota as a qualification for magistrates. A copy of the proposed rule is attached.
