Proposed Amendment to Rule 5, North Dakota Rules of Criminal Procedure
On July 14, 2009, the Joint Procedure Committee filed a request for proposed rule amendments to Rule 5 of the North Dakota Rules of Criminal Procedure-Initial Appearance Before the Magistrate. A copy of the proposed rule is attached. The Court considered the matter, and
