Proposed Amendments to the North Dakota Admission to Practice Rules Relating to the Uniform Bar Examination
Following referral by the Supreme Court, the Joint Committee on Attorney Standards (Committee) submitted a recommendation to approve proposed amendments to the North Dakota Admission to Practice Rules which would enable the Uniform Bar Examination to be administered in North Dakota. A copy of the Committee's recommendation, a letter from the State Board of Law Examiners (Board), and the proposed rule amendments are attached. Documents referred to in the letter of the Board may be obtained from the Clerk's office.
