On December 3, 2010, the North Dakota Judicial Branch Education Commission filed a request for proposed rule amendments to North Dakota Supreme Court Administrative Rule 36. A draft of the amendments to N.D. Sup. Ct. Admin. R. 36 was distributed to the Court. The Court considered the matter, and
ORDERED,
that the amendments to North Dakota Supreme Court
Administrative Rule 36, are ADOPTED effective March 1, 2011.
The Supreme Court of the State of North Dakota convened February 2, 2011, with the
Honorable Gerald W. VandeWalle, Chief Justice, and the Honorable DaleV. Sandstrom, the
Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring, the Honorable Carol Ronning Kapsner, the Honorable Daniel J.
Crothers, Justices, directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court to enter the above order.
