The Joint Committee on Attorney Standards filed a recommendation to approve proposed amendments to North Dakota Rules of Professional Conduct 3.8, Special Responsibilities of Prosecutor. The proposed Amendments are available at http://www.ndcourts.gov/Court/Notices/Notices.htm. Individuals who do not have internet access may contact the Office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court to obtain a copy of the proposal.
ORDERED, that a hearing be held on the proposed amendments, Monday, October 24, 2011, at 2:45 p.m., in the Ralph J. Erickstad Courtroom of the Supreme Court, at the State Capitol in Bismarck, North Dakota. Time for personal appearances will be limited. Any person wishing to appear must notify Penny Miller, Clerk of the Supreme Court, at least three days prior to the scheduled hearing. Any person wishing to further comment on the proposed amendments may do so in writing prior to the hearing.
