Rule 7. Licensure of Inactive Attorneys

A. Any person applying for a license to practice law who has been previously admitted to the bar of North Dakota, but has not secured a license for ~~one or~~ more than one year ~~years~~ anytime after the date of the person's admission to the bar of North Dakota, shall file an application for licensure with the State Bar Board.
