The plaintiff, Raymond Zajac, appealed from a judgment of the district court, entered upon a jury verdict, awarding Zajac damages against the defendant, Old Republic Insurance Company, under the provisions of a hail-insurance policy.
The judgment is affirmed under Rule 35.1(a)(4), N.D.R.App.P.
