Coleman v. Goulet
Per Curiam.
[¶1] Mark Coleman appealed from a summary judgment dismissing his action for damages sustained in an automobile accident on the ground he failed to meet the threshold definition of disability under N.D.C.C. § 26.1-41-01(6) or the threshold definition of serious injury under N.D.C.C. § 26.1-41-01(21).
