Per Curiam.
[¶1] William D. Looney appealed from a judgment enforcing an earlier divorce judgment, arguing the district court selectively enforced the earlier judgment and deprived William of the benefits of the parties' property stipulation. The judgment is affirmed under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2) and (4).
