Appeal from the District Court of Ward County, Northwest Judicial District, the Honorable Gary A. Holum, Judge.

State v. Taylor
Per Curiam.
[¶1] Michael Taylor appealed from a judgment of conviction entered after a jury found him guilty of (1) possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and (2) fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. On appeal Taylor challenges the denial of his motion to suppress evidence found as a result of a search warrant obtained and executed by law enforcement. Taylor asserts the affidavit in support of the search warrant was insufficient to establish the requisite probable cause for the issuance of a search warrant.
[¶2] We summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P 35.1(a)(2).
