State v. Faleide
[¶1] Eric Alan Faleide appealed from the district court's revocation of his probation. The district court found Faleide violated his probation based on evidence that: (1) Faleide attempted to elude or flee police officers; and (2) Faleide was arrested in the company of a known drug user and trafficker, and the vehicle driven by Faleide contained a number of contraband items, including ammunition and drug paraphernalia.
[¶2] We summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).
