Knodel v. Knodel

No. 20030143
Per Curiam.

1] Elmer Knodel appealed from a judgment of divorce. He contends the trial court's division of the marital debt and property was clearly erroneous because he brought most of the property into the marriage, the division will destroy or damage his ability to earn a livelihood and significantly diminish the value of the property, and it was inequitable. We affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).

2]Gerald W. VandeWalle, C.J.
Carol Ronning Kapsner
Mary Muehlen Maring
William A. Neumann
Cynthia Rothe-Seeger, D.J.

3] The Honorable Cynthia Rothe-Seeger, D. J., sitting in place of Sandstrom, J., disqualified.
