Wohlwend v. Wohlwend

Per Curiam.

[¶1] Clayton Lynn Wohlwend appealed from a judgment granting Mary Jo Wohlwend a divorce from him, dividing their marital property and debts, awarding Mary Jo custody of a minor child, and awarding Mary Jo child support and temporary spousal support. Clayton argues the district court's division of marital property and debt is clearly erroneous. We summarily affirm the divorce judgment under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).
