[¶1] All New Gutter Service, Inc., appeals from a South Central Judicial District Court judgment finding no contract existed between it and Troy Dusek for the installation of gutters, downspouts, and fascia. All New's arguments are based on its version of the facts. We affirm the judgment of the district court under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).
