AFFIRMED.
Per Curiam.
Tina Topp (submitted on brief), pro se, petitioner and appellant.
Susan Lynne Bailey (submitted on brief), Assistant State's Attorney, Cass County Social Services, 1010 2nd Avenue S., P.O. Box 3106, Fargo, N.D. 58108-3106, for respondent and appellee. Richard Edward Edinger (submitted on brief), Guardian ad Litem, P.O. Box 1295, Fargo, N.D. 58107-1295, for respondent and appellee.
Per Curiam.
[¶1] Tina Topp appeals a trial court order denying her request to be appointed guardian of her incapacitated grandmother. Tina argues the trial court erred both when it decided that her grandmother was incapacitated and when it decided she was not able to provide her grandmother with adequate care. We summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).
