Interest of B.M.

No. 20040205

Per Curiam.

1] R.B. appeals a judgment terminating his parental rights to the minor children B.J.B. and J.B. He argues there was not clear and convincing evidence deprivation of the children would continue, and he was denied due process when the court denied his request for substitute counsel and did not allow him to appear personally at the termination hearing.

2] We summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2) and (4).
