Appeal from the Juvenile Court of Grand Forks County, Northeast Central Judicial District, the Honorable Karen Kosanda Braaten, Judge.
Interest of B.M.
[¶1] R.B. appeals a judgment terminating his parental rights to the minor children B.J.B. and J.B. He argues there was not clear and convincing evidence deprivation of the children would continue, and he was denied due process when the court denied his request for substitute counsel and did not allow him to appear personally at the termination hearing.
[¶2] We summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2) and (4).
