No. 20040205
Appeal from the Juvenile Court of Grand Forks County, Northeast Central Judicial District, the Honorable Karen Kosanda Braaten, Judge. Interest of B.M.
AFFIRMED.
Per Curiam.
Dale R. Rivard, Assistant State's Attorney, 124 S. 4th St., P.O. Box 5607, Grand Forks, ND 58206-5607, for petitioner and appellee.
DeWayne A. Johnston, Olson Johnston Law Office, 405 Bruce Ave., Ste. 100A, Grand Forks, ND 58201, for respondent and appellant.
Per Curiam.
[¶1] R.B. appeals a judgment terminating his parental rights to the minor children B.J.B. and J.B. He argues there was not clear and convincing evidence deprivation of the children would continue, and he was denied due process when the court denied his request for substitute counsel and did not allow him to appear personally at the termination hearing.
[¶2] We summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2) and (4).
