[¶1] Scott Howard Miller appealed a district court judgment affirming an administrative agency decision suspending his driving privileges. The judgment is affirmed under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(7). Erickson v. North Dakota Dep't of Transp., 507 N.W.2d 537 (N.D. 1993).
