Pfau v. Pfau

No. 20050077

Per Curiam.

1] Joette Pfau appealed from an order of the district court denying her motion for a new trial and her motion for post-judgment relief. The district court concluded there were no grounds under N.D.R.Civ.P. 59(b) or 60(b) to order a new trial or grant post-judgment relief. Pfau argues the district court abused its discretion in denying her motions for a new trial and for post-judgment relief. The order is affirmed under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(4).
