Acuity Ins. Co. v. Meridian Ins. Co.

No. 20050093

Per Curiam.

1] Meridian Insurance Company ("Meridian") appeals from the district court's December 20, 2004, order granting Acuity Insurance Company's ("Acuity") motion for summary judgment, the February 4, 2005, judgment, and the March 15, 2005, order dismissing Meridian's motion contesting jurisdiction and venue. We summarily affirm because appeal of the jurisdiction and venue issues is completely without merit and summary judgment is supported by the record. N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(1) and (6).
