State of North Dakota, Plaintiff and Appellee
v.
Thomas Gunder Ruud, Defendant and Appellant
No. 20050314
Appeal from the District Court of Grand Forks County, Northeast Central Judicial District, the Honorable Lawrence E. Jahnke, Judge. State v. Ruud
AFFIRMED.
Per Curiam.
Meredith H. Larson (argued), third-year law student, P.O. Box 5607, Grand Forks, N.D. 58206 and Nancy Darlene Yon (appeared), Assistant State's Attorney, P.O. Box 5607, Grand Forks, N.D. 58206-5607, for plaintiff and appellee.
Steven J. Simonson, P.O. Box 428, Lakota, N.D. 58344, for defendant and appellant.
[¶1] Thomas Ruud appeals from a judgment of conviction entered after the district court found him guilty of theft of property under N.D.C.C. § 12.1-23-02. Ruud argues there was insufficient evidence to sustain a conviction and the district court erred in admitting and considering hearsay testimony.
[¶2] We summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(3).
