City of Bismarck v. Perusquia

No. 20060048

Per Curiam.

1] Martin Perusquia appeals his conviction for driving under the influence of alcohol. He argues the City of Bismarck did not present sufficient evidence to convict him. The record contains sufficient evidence to support the conviction; therefore, we summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(3).
