1] Nicholas Silbernagel appeals from a criminal judgment entered upon his conditional guilty pleas. On appeal, Silbernagel argues the district court erred in denying his motion to suppress. We summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2) and (3).
