Finley v. ND Dept. of Transportation

No. 20070020

Per Curiam.

1] George Finley appeals the trial court's judgment affirming the North Dakota Department of Transportation's decision to revoke his driving privileges, arguing the administrative hearing did not take place within thirty days of issuance of a temporary operator's permit. Under N.D.C.C. §§ 1-03-01 and 1-02-15, the hearing was timely held within thirty days. We summarily affirm the decision of the North Dakota Department of Transportation under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(5).
