City of Minot v. Holbach

No. 20070042

Per Curiam.

1] Mitchell Holbach appeals from a criminal judgment entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of criminal trespass. Holbach argues the district court abused its discretion in allowing the late endorsement of a witness and denying his motion for a new trial. We conclude the district court did not abuse its discretion, and we summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(4).
