Per Curiam.

1] Ronald Thompson appeals from an order revoking his probation.

2] On appeal, Thompson argues the findings that he violated conditions of his probation were clearly erroneous because the district court relied on hearsay evidence.

3] We summarily affirm the order of the district court under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2) and (4).
