Hammer v. Director, N.D. Department of Transportation

No. 20070284

Per Curiam.

1] Kodey Hammer appeals a district court judgment affirming an administrative hearing officer's decision to suspend his driving privileges for 365 days following his arrest for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Hammer argues the results of his blood test should not have been admitted at the administrative hearing, because the test was not fairly administered. We summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(5).
