State of North Dakota, Plaintiff and Appellee
Larry John Buck, Defendant and Appellant
Appeal from the District Court of Ward County, Northwest Judicial District, the Honorable Douglas L. Mattson, Judge. State v. Buck
Rozanna C. Larson, Assistant State's Attorney, P.O. Box 5005, Minot, ND 58702-5005, for plaintiff and appellee.
Robert W. Martin, North Dakota Public Defenders' Office, 18 3rd St. SE, Suite 300, Minot, ND 58701, for defendant and appellant.
State v. Buck
[¶1] Larry John Buck appealed from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol. On appeal, Buck argues the district court erred when it denied his motion to suppress all evidence, contending the arresting officer lacked probable cause to place him under arrest. We affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).
