Merlyn and Delores Yagow appeal from a district court summary judgment granting foreclosure to Production Credit Association of Fargo on its mortgage and dismissing the Yagows' counterclaim. The judgment is affirmed under Rule 35.1(a)(6), N.D.R.App.P.
