The appellant failed to set forth specific facts, by affidavits or other evidence, showing the existence of a genuine issue of material fact as required by NDRCivP 56(e). The trial court spent considerable effort explaining applicable law to the appellant before correctly granting summary judgment. Therefore, we affirm under NDRAppP 35.1(a)(6).
