Ellingson v. Nash Finch Company

Merlin E. Ellingson, plaintiff and appellant, appeals from a judgment of dismissal dated February 24, 1987. Ellingson sought money damages from Nash Finch Company for aggravation of a pre-existing back injury while working for Nash Finch Company. The trial court awarded summary judgment in favor of Nash Finch Company, defendant and appellee.
We affirm the trial court's disposition of this dispute pursuant to Rule 35.1(a)(6), N.D.R.App.P.
