Darwin Krenz and Petty-Ray Geophysical appeal from a district court judgment in favor of Ruth Parker Wood imposing joint and several liability upon Krenz and several companies, including Petty-Ray, for damages resulting from seismographic activities on land owned by Wood and leased to Krenz. We affirm pursuant to N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).
