Rott v. Metropolitan Federal
Meschke, Justice.
Virgil Rott sued Metropolitan Federal Savings and Loan Association to establish an unspecified interest in land which Metropolitan held after foreclosing against Rott's wife. Metropolitan moved for summary judgment. Rott did not oppose the motion for summary judgment by "affidavits or as otherwise provided" in NDRCivP 56(e). On Rott's appeal, we affirm. NDRAppP 35.1(a)(6).
