First Bank of Rolla v. Albrecht
Gierke, Justice.
Defendant Lorrie Ivanlee Albrecht appeals from a district court order denying defendant's motion to vacate summary judgment which was granted in favor of the plaintiff First Bank of Rolla. Defendant argued on appeal that the trial court's denial of the motion to vacate summary judgment was an abuse of discretion. We conclude that the trial court did not abuse its discretion. Accordingly, we affirm pursuant to Rule 35.1(a)(4), N.D.R.App.P.
