LeRoy Winfred Sondrol appealed from a judgment of divorce dissolving the marriage between him and Lola May Sondrol. LeRoy contends that the trial court's distribution of property was clearly erroneous. We affirm the judgment pursuant to Rule 35.1(a)(2), N.D.R.App.P.
