Federal Land Bank of St. Paul v. Yagow
Meschke, Justice.
Merlyn Yagow appealed from a partial summary judgment enjoining him from entering land he formerly owned and lost through a sale in bankruptcy.
Yagow argues that he is still legal owner of the land, claiming that the federal magistrate, who was acting in bankruptcy court by designation and who signed the order approving the sale of the property, violated the Code of Judicial Conduct so that her order was void from the beginning. We considered and dismissed that argument in First National Bank of Milnor v. Yagow, 415 N.W.2d 806, 807 (N.D. 1987).
Affirmed under N.D.R.App.P 35.1(a)(7).
