Dwight and Nellie Foss appeal from a district court order denying their motion under Rule 60(b), N.D.R.Civ.P., for relief from a judgment of foreclosure.
The trial court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to grant relief from the judgment under Rule 60(b), N.D.R.Civ.P. First National Bank of Crosby v. Bjorgen, 389 N.W.2d 789 (N.D.1986). The district court order is affirmed under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(4).
