Abelmann v. Abelmann
Erickstad, Chief Justice.
Terri B. Abelmann commenced an action for divorce from Forrest Daniel Abelmann. The matter was tried in the District Court for Williams County on March 22, 1988. By memorandum and order dated March 25, 1988, the Honorable William Beede granted the divorce and made orders regarding division of property and custody and support of the minor children. Judgment was entered on April 20, 1988. Terri appeals from this judgment with respect to the distribution of marital property. Concluding that the judgment of the trial court is based upon findings of fact that are not clearly erroneous, we summarily affirm pursuant to Rule 35.1(a)(2) of the North Dakota Rules of Appellate Procedure.
